Emphasizing intrinsic flavor the chef’s purist cooking uses excellent and above all perfectly fresh products. The aroma comes from wild herbs we gather from the alpine pastures surrounding Oberlech and a variety of herbs from all four corners of the world. Connoisseurs and gourmets can look forward to perfect consistency, creativity and a variety of dishes.

Deliciously aromatic and light

When you do a lot of sports, you need high-energy food - Thorsten Probost keeps this in mind when he puts together the menus. Only top-quality ingredients – mainly organically grown products - are used. Fruit and vegetables are the main constituents of the menu; they come with light fish and meat from controlled breeders.
